Summary:
The Customer Care Associate will receive and process incoming customer orders, assist Sales Reps with Customer orders, phone calls.
Job Duties and

Taking customer orders Entering orders into the system Printing and editing orders Interface with warehousing and operations staff Front desk duties General customer service as needed Performs other duties as assigned Requirements:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
College education is preferred, but not required.
Produce experience is preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, but not necessary.
Must display basic arithmetic skills and have 2 years Data Entry ExperienceTRAINING, SKILLS, LICENSES:
Administrative experience is required.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Type at least 45 wpm, Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Data Entry, word processing experience, and billing experience.
Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and detail-orientated.
Ability to deal with constant change.
Accuracy with figures and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Excellent telephone skills and personality are a must.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary.
Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as heavy interaction with customers, colleagues, management, and sales personnel.
